Linda Baas
Mrs Linda J.S. Baas has been at the forefront in the WASH sector for over 20 years. Linda brings invaluable experience of grass-root level implementation of Sanitation and Hygiene development programmes in Africa and Asia. Linda understands the practicalities and difficulties of rural service delivery and hygiene practice across the development world, while at the same time she is able to translate this is clear and efficient programme and project formulation. Linda worked for a range of international organisations and government institutions. In her capacity as WASH consultant, Linda has exceptional innovating skills and used those in identification and finding solutions to day to day sanitation and hygiene problems.
Jelle Andriesse
Mr. Jelle Andriesse has a long background in technical construction and craftsmanship. Jelle has the exceptional ability to bridge artistic expressions with construction technology. After his technical education, Jelle advanced his creative skills during his study at the art Academy. The unique combination of his technical skills and creativity has yielded many large and smaller projects commissioned by artists and other clients and developed in house. The development of the XOPI is one of those in-house projects. Jelle is the actual inventor of the XOPI. Patience and long hours of testing and trials eventually led to the transformation of a good idea to a functional, well designed product. In the company, Jelle is responsible for Research and Development, focused on innovation of production processes and technical expansion in the future.
Rob Dingen
International Development Specialist in access and public infrastructure, Mr. Rob Dingen, has close to 30 years professional experience in design and implementation of development projects in Africa, Asia and the Pacific. His expertise ranges from feasibility studies, to programming, to operation and management. With his in-depth knowledge and experience working for international development banks, NGOs, and bilateral donor organisations, Rob brings to Xanitation Solutions the understanding of the international market and the knowhow of project implementation. Rob’s role is to manage Xanitation Solutions with the aim to expand the reach of XOPI to generate and maximise impact in developing countries, while at the same time opening the market in Europe, using socially responsible principles of operation.
